Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free standard shipping on all SmoothSpine orders — no minimum purchase required, no exceptions, worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- International: 12–22 business days depending on destination
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping confirmation. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number and we will investigate immediately. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no indication of contents on the outside. Your privacy is protected at every step.
Customs and Import Duties
